Hi Jess; Are these Q&As confidential? Meaning, do they ever get posted online for people who are members to this sight?

We will never publish a question or answer through the site with your name on it if you have not given your permission to do so.  And we will keep what you ask , confidential.  If we chose to publish a particular question which we felt would benefit many people, we would change the question in such a manner that you would not be identified in any way.
